This is easy to set up and came with everything. The cranks are easy to use and it moves just as advertised. Nice to have full shade. It is big. People have noted that you must have thre optional base. That is true except if you are putting on a deck. You can use wood screws to secure the flimsy stand it comes with. Makes it immobile, but this thing is so big youy arent going to move it much anyway.
