I received a 11 umbrella as a gift so I was unaware of what pieces I needed to make it functional,but after I contacted their customer service department OMG they went above and beyond to assist me with alllll my questions and my issues. Very timely, knowledgeable and accommodating with resolving and replacing my missing pieces which has given me probably the best experience Ive ever encountered while dealing with any other companies custom service department. I absolutely love their products and would highly recommend that if youre in the market for an umbrella then definitely look into purchasing one of the products!!
