Got this on an open box buy and I was a little nervous about issues, or missing parts. It came complete and perfect, I feel like I scored a huge deal. The umbrella is MASSIVE. I was debating between the 13 round or 12 square and the 12 square just covers more area. This is a great umbrella for us, its easy to open and close, and its a high quality umbrella.
