I have three of these umbrellas. They are a great product and are just as good, if not better than umbrellas that I have paid 100s more for. They look great and are holding up well over time. Combined with their base, the thing is pretty much rock solid (tho I do take it down when there are high winds predicted).
I had an issue with the main cord on one of them after a little time. offered to replace the unit, however I thought it was unnecessary; it just needed a new cord. They sent me a cord, along with instructions, and it was an easy swap out.
Overall, I have been very pleased with the umbrellas and support. Thank you .
