Received our umbrella with no crank!! Contacted the company and had 2 cranks within 2 days!! SO IMPRESSED! Cant wait to be able to put it up We looked for a moment and it was beautiful Unfortunately we are having a tropical storm but as soon as the storm passes we will be sitting outside enjoying our umbrella.
