Spent a lot of time researching the best cantilever for us and kept popping up so we decided to take a chance. We had just purchased a fire pit and four cushioned chairs and needed a lot of shade coverage. The 11 ft square did the trick. I am older so I was worried about set up but I only needed a little help lifting the umbrella into the base. I filled the base with water and it is more than enough weight for the umbrella. I had an issue with one of the arms (my mistake) and is sending me another arm at no charge! Couldnt ask for better customer service. They return my emails quickly. I have been telling everyone about this company and I have had great compliments from friends about the umbrella.
