After setting up the umbrella, we noticed a tear in the canvas. I took pictures and emailed the company and asked for a suggestion of resolution. They responded immediately and Im very happy with how they are handling this. Other than that damage the product seems fantastic, sturdy. We bought the color one and its great shading, no light comes through. We noticed an instant difference in temperature when sitting under the umbrella and out of the sunlight. I think this will be a great resolution to our hot patio in the summer.
