I purchased this umbrella last year.it is huge! And exactly what we needed to cover a large space on our patio. Sometime this winter we had a heavy windstorm and I accidentally had the umbrella open during it. It smashed into a nearby tree and the frame broke and the fabric tore. The team has been a pleasure to work with.they shipped replacement parts to me for free and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. As of now, our umbrella is up again in perfect condition!
