We have had our umbrella for almost a year now, and it is aming. The amount of unencumbered shade it produces is awesome, and it is super easy to use. I didnt (like many) not realize that the base didnt come with it, so had to order it separately and wait, but it was so worth it. Not to mention, we had a small hiccup about a month ago, and I only asked customer service a question, and they ended up going above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend this product.
