After purchasing 2 umbrellas and bases, I was frustrated as I did not have hardware that comes to facilitate connection between umbrella and base. I had written a negative review and recd to others not to buy. has been very attentive. I owe them an apology as I apparently HAD the missing parts carefully stored away in my garage. Again was attentive and was solving the problem that was made by me and not them.
