I believe, the description got in the way, but the support group came to our rescue and the follow up was very helpful. I would recommend this company and their product! I was not happy with the description of the product but the customer support staff listened and responded kindly; working with me until everything was to a satisfactory resolution. It is a lovely product and I would recommend it and its customer serivce staff highly. I am a very satisfied customer!
