Extraordinary quality, affordable, exceptional customer service! I decided I wanted a different color and I didnt realize I had to pay for return shipping. Instead of having me return the whole umbrella just replaced the Canvas part of the umbrella for free with the color I wanted! They were wonderful to deal with and the umbrella is fantastic. I did a lot of research it was the best deal for the price and I am extremely happy with the quality
