Contacting customer service was as easy as sending an email. The response was immediate and she even followed up once it was shipped. We then had a terrible wind storm and the solar panel got damaged. Again, the customer service was excellent. We received a replacement within days. I wish all companies were this responsive and customer service friendly! I have already recommended to my friends who fell in love with our umbrella! I will be a customer for life.
