Non/Existant customer service from / Arrived damaged
The umbrella itself is very nice, however, the metal components arrived bent and there was a tear in the fabric. I have repeatedly tried to get support from but they have not responded after multiple attempts over months. Not sure about the durability given the issues that I have encountered.
