Easy to build and son loves it

Ok, i assembled this on my own. 52 female. Familiar with tools. The instructions have zero words but was able to figure it out. Pay attentiin to the images carefully to make sure you got thw right piece and the numbers. Also i felt the top slates were enough so i cut the bottom slates and pulled the black strap holding together the top slates and places the bottom slates between the top to add support. All i did was pulled the staples out by pulling the black strap and pulling the staples out. You can get a staple gun and restaple if you wish but i didnt need to. I only pulled off one side. Then screwed the extra pieces between the first set if that makes sense. Gave the top more support for the top since i have a 4yr old that jumps and is rough as hell. So to give piece of mind i added the bottom slates to the top. I placed the the mattress on the bottom on the floor. You can buy more slates on but i didnt need to. Also i skipped the step to screw in the slide and ladder. Wifh the mattress it stays on great and can move it as i please. Also pay attention to the twin size mattress dimensions. I had to find a twin memory mattress rhat was the same dimensions. Thanks to anothrr review below i got the right one. My son absolutely love his new bunk bed and spend more time in hus room now. I woudl buy again and recommend. Also acheduled delivery was on point. Paid extra for them to bring it in the room. I know i cant carry 100lbs box so worth the extra 20. Box that came in wasnt cry big and hard to think the bunk bed fit in that. It came in alot of pieces but i alone put it together took about 2 hours. Helps if you have a drill for anything that you have to screw into the wood pieces. Saves you alot of time. Lol also i put a pool noodle as you can see in the pics so my 2 yr old niece and 4yr son doesnt hit their head or fall on the bottom wood pieces. Bc first mim they started playing my niecs jumped up while on the bottom bunk and smacked her head and my son tripped running to the bunk bed and smacked his lip on the bottom panel. So added velcro and cut a pool noodle and placed it in the areas they had accidents already.
