I ordered 2 of these and I had my boyfriend (who is impatient and breaks at least one thing during every project I have him do ) put one together that night and he didnt break a single part. Luckily we had ordered 2 because one piece from that one was too big so had we not had the second one to steal a part from for the time being then I would have had an incomplete night stand for at least a week. That being said, I contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement parts pack very quickly. This night stand is super cute and durable. The drawers dont have actual tracks that they slide out on; they kind of just sit in their spots but that doesnt bother me at all, its just a little detail to note. All in all Im very happy with this purchase and the customer service too!
