The cabinet appears to be of good quality, with easy instructions, in a convenient size for my application. My only complaint is that it was missing the long hanging file bar. The manual instructs the purchaser to notify them if any parts were missing, but gives no mailing or e/mail address, but I found the company after a brief internet search. They replied to my e/mail promptly saying they would furnish the missing part, but it remains to be seen whether this happens in a timely fashion.
Addendum: the company replied that they needed more info to supply the missing part, which I supplied twice, but have not received the missing part. Recommend you check the parts list to make sure everything is there before assembling. Subtracting a star.
