The leather sectional arrived yesterday and its a beautiful couch. The leather was kind of cracked and worn, but I think thats supposed to be the look. We used Weiman leather conditioning cream to protect it before use, which made the leather softer and lessened the cracks. It is very comfortable. However, its not a high quality leather (you get what you pay for) and our 40lb dog was able to deeply scratch it just by hopping up with her front paws for a second. After 20 years with dogs, our other leather couch remains scratch free, but thats a $7k couch compared to this couch that is under $2k. Its a bit better after putting more conditioner on it, but this couch definitely isnt pet friendly.
