We ordered the couch 6 weeks ahead of when we needed it. It arrived in 2.5 weeks, but arrived with significant damage to the arms of the piece. We contacted customer service, who was only moderately helpful, and sent us a replacement. The replacement took 4 weeks to get to us - too late to use for the purpose we needed it for, and too late to order anything else that would arrive on time. If they would have been more helpful, or honest with the turnaround time, we could have made other arrangements. Quite dissatisfied with that. As for the product, the couch itself is quite hard, and you can feel the boards underneath the seat through the cushion. It does look nice, but its more for looks than for utility. Its a lot of money to spend for a couch you dont want to sit on.
