At first I rated this a 2 star since it looked exactly like the photo but I couldnt assemble it due to thinking my bolts were faulty.
However, after I contacted customer service in order to either exchange or completely refund the product.they helped me out.
Once I put the bolts in without the metal plate, all four bolts were able to be screwed in properly. Ive officially assembled the product successfully. The reason I give it 3 stars instead of 4/5 is due to one of the parts being broken and the fact that my fourth chair still refuses to assemble.Im frustrated with how much time Ive spent on it.
Overall, the chair is beautiful and I personally find it soft as well.
