The packaging and delivery was decent. We were much excited to get a nice pair of comfortable telescoping bar stools for our kitchen island. However, upon opening the box, noticed some scuffs on the top corner edge of the seat. Realize the edges are not metal/aluminum rather made from plastic trim. The base is aluminum sort of metal but thin, thus not much weight to it.
The build quality is ok overall but unfortunately we are experiencing some issue with the seat post. The seat does not stay at top of its height, when a person sits (under 150lbs)/ the seat drops few inches. Also started to notice black residue coming out from the hydraulic post. It continues to excrete black particles upon use.
I guess you get what you pay for. Well see how long these last.
