I updated to 4 stars because after a few back and forth, we finally received the replacement gas lifts and the new ones work fine.
We loved our chairs so much that we bought another set of 4. However,
/ None of the gas lifts of the new set worked and the seller has sent us a new set. We have not installed them yet.
/ One of the gas lifts of the set that we bought six months ago has given way and has lost its power.
It is a shame since they have very nice design and we would love to work with this seller.
