to set up. I Followed the Directions, literally, there are only 8 Steps to Assemble the Bed. I had it together with my self in less than 10 Min. There is nothing about the Bed that feels cheap.I am really happy that this bed has a Metal Slats as opposed to Wood Slats. I have had real issues with wood slats breaking in the past.
