My teen daughter didnt want to be in a high bed but I needed extra space in her room. This is a good compromise! She has her own lounge area underneath where she hangs out the most. She had a sleep over and it held her and her friend with no problem while another friend slept under it. It also s me when I need to get on it. The color and style looks professional. It took my husband 4/5 hours to assemble by himself. The cost was worth it! I highly recommend this bed.
