This is definitely a low profile sofa, but the proportions just look and feel right. I would call the seating firm. The one thing I noticed is when sitting, I notice a slight crunch sound. Im guessing its the feathers in the seat padding. None of the cushions are reversible because the backs are a cloth like fabric. Its deep and perfect to sit with your feet up. Leather is thick and high quality. Overall, very happy with this sofa and would definitely buy again.
