That there was a tear in the inside of the ottoman about 2 1/2 inches . It dose not effect the outside of the ottoman. Ive never had to return anything so my husband and I threw away the boxes and no i cant return it.
The outside of the ottoman is awesome everything I wanted it to be !
Love that i can turn the lid over and make it an snack table for my grand children
