I bought this bed for my 1,2, and 3 year old granddaughtersThey have not slept in it yet, but this is more about the set up than the actual bed. Please whatever you do, DO NOT attempt to put this together by yourself. I am a very meticulous person, I read all instructions thoroughly, check to ensure I have all parts, put them in easy reach, and yet I had the hardest time putting this together. It says it should only take two people about 2 hours, that is probably true, but in my case it took 4 hours of hard labor and then another 2 hours with my son helping melol. I really do like it now that it is put together, it is really sturdy and heavy, and I am sure it will last my granddaughters for many years to come.
