It is difficult to write this review, I do believe that the seller did all that was financially possible to solve the problem I have with one of the chairs, but when you are selling furniture at this price point there is only so much you can expect.
I bought two of these one is perfect..not a hiqh quality product but worth more than what I paid for it. The other is defective, The seller offered to pay for the return (but not the cost of packing), and of course I would have had to return it to a FED EX store or drop off point. Since I did not have the original packing and I am not even sure that I could have disassembled the chair once it was locked together, we are just keeping them. It is usable just not right.
So what am I attempting to say here.
1. My experience was not very good because it was too complicated and expensive to return
2. If both chairs had been as expected this would have been a four or five star review
3. I am not actually taking a stand on whether you should buy these or not, if you are feeling lucky or you keep the packing and are willing to return then this may be the right product for you.
4. I have purchased similar chairs previously at a higher price point and they have come without defect and in retrospect I wish I had paid more for more likely better quality.
