The difficulty for me was the scanty instructions that resembled something youd find in a Fortune cookie, and also that many of the factory drilled holes were misaligned. It was to much trouble to email the supplier, although other purchasers have had prompt replies. There are comments in previous reviews that the chairs were not the dimensions advertised. My set of four are 18 inches from floor to seat and the chair backs are about 33inches. I would order from again if ever requiring additional seating.
