Easy to assemble which really just consistsof 4 bolts per chair and they came with the tools.
Honestly these are pretty comfortable for being plastic. Easy to clean if you have someone in the house who spills (who doesnt). My cat sleeps in one of these chairs every night, and she likes them almost as much as I do.
