Full disclosure. Ive only had this a few days but its very comfortable. We are using the soft section, my husband isnt 100% with this but I sink in and my back feels supported. I have a lot of anxiety so I use a weighted blanket, this coupled with the feeling of sinking into a cloud relaxes me. Im open to trying out the other zones to see how they work with my husband but Im loving this soft section! The price is spactacular, since I was looking at mattress 3x this price I was more than willing to try this one.
We set it up late at night and did not let it set for a few hours, but it bounced right up within minutes and it was still a great nights sleep.
