The chair came without hardware I used the text message route to contact the sender and I got options to buy the hardware myself or have them send it to me. They would pay me back if I opted to buy the hardware myself. I ask for the hardware ti be sent and they did. Great customer service experience . And I absolutely love my chair. My fiancee hogs it cause it so fluffy and comfortable. He doesn’t even care it’s all pink and girly haha
