A little wobbly, parts are tiny bit misaligned, but simple assembly and is as pictured
Purchased for my 80 lb , 11 yr daughter. Box arrived slightly damaged in one corner and only took 1 day to ship from the local sorting plant to our house. It is definitely a 2 person assembly. It took my wife I roughly 2 1/2 hrs to build at a leisurely rate; making sure we took time to align pieces and snugly tighten the bolts.
Pros:
Attached desk is spacious
Corner shelves are solid and help firm up the frames
Lower space is a good height for my 11 yr (no need to duck)
Square ladder steps seem to not hurt my daughters feet
Cons:
Several screws didnt attach as smooth as others
The rails had some tiny alignment issues, but is only noticeable without the mattress
Wobbly when climbing when adjusting in the bed.
All in all, my daughter is happy and is enjoy her new loft bed.
Note: We do have 8 ft ceilings so its a bit snug will take some time to get us to.
