Packaging was terrible - loose styrofoam all over the place and bag with screws was wide open so we had to dump the whole box out. Ended up loosing two of the rings. Looked like a mouse had gotten in there.
Product is great however and now thats its set up and the styrofoam bits are finally off the floor (that was fun) we are happy with it.
