I emailed the seller and tried to cancel my order before it shipped (decided to buy a different chair) but it ended up shipping the next day. They were extremely accommodating and asked if I would keep the chair for 50% refund back and walked me through the steps to request a refund via text. That was very fair of them! So we put the chair together (very simple, took about 15 minutes) and we actually really love it! It s very comfy and beautiful. The only thing I would note as seen in my pictures that the wooden legs are definitely lighter than advertised but we didn t mind this. Overall, very pleased with customer service and quality of product.
