For some reason I thought it was just the rockers that needed to be attached but you actually have to assemble the sides to the top and the bottom as well. It s not difficult, very similar to furniture in that everything uses the supplied Allen Wrench. I don t know what the long term wear of the rocker will be but for the basic purposes of rocking my son and daughter to sleep, it s fine.
