The item came damaged at the seams, and was very poorly crafted. I was really excited about this chair but it is definitely a looks better from a far or in my case looks better in the pictures purchase.
Also, I am 5 4 and I felt like I was sitting in an adult chair, but it fit my 6 4 husband perfectly. I couldn t even rock in it, I was practically swinging to get any sort of rock in
Lastly, the armchair frame is popping when weight is applied.
Definitely disappointed in this purchase as it looked like such a nice chair.
Edit: customer service was very accommodating and fixed the issue quickly.
