First off, dont people read? You should know from the description this is NOT solid wood, it is like most inexpensive furniture and it is particle board or cardboard. But once assembled, if done correctly, is sturdy. Ive put together furniture like this before and its simple. Just follow directions. You may have to do a minor adjustment (For instance, some people commented that the doors dont shut flush or they overlap. That is because the kind of hinge/bracket the doors are installed with are made for that purpose. You can adjust the screws so that it slightly raises or lowers the door, so you just have to line them up). Otherwise, it make for a LOT of extra storage. I got this cabinet to store my daughters toys. She has tons of buckets of legos, art supplies, books, etc. They all fit plus room for more! I give it a 4 stars, only because it is not real solid wood but I knew that when I bought it.
