Over the course of 2 years I have been searching for my ideal TV console. I had a very specific style in mind and I finally found it in this unit. It is everything I had hoped it would be. Classic, clean lines, looks expensive without being expensive, functional. There is always the risk that either parts will be missing from the package or that the product arrives damaged. Package arrived with all the parts but as shown in the photos there was a small bit of cosmetic damage/blemish. This white spot is of course on the outer side of a door. And though the blemish appears small it is in fact like a huge pimple when the unit is assembled. I emailed requesting that they ship a replacement door to me. I have not yet heard from them how they will resolve the issue since it has only been 2 business days since I contacted them. In the meantime we utilized one of the extra stickers that was used to cover up holes on the inside of the door area. While it is not a perfect remedy or a long term solution it will suffice until I hear from the manufacturer. Will update my review if the requested door replacement is denied.
Other than that one minor hiccup I absolutely love this console and would recommend as a solid purchase.
