Unit looks great, was straightforward to assemble, and shipping / packaging was fine. Unfortunately thats where the positives end. Within 2 weeks of having the unit it developed a significant sag that looks terrible and causes the doors to jam shut, requiring force to open/close and scratching the delicate finish. I have a 50 TV on the unit. Of course I didnt keep the original packaging for this long, so disassembling and returning isnt an option. support offered a discount, but I will be buying a different brand to replace it and putting this unit to the curb.
Wish it performed as well as it looked.
