Shipping was relatively fast, delivery was smooth and easy. Driver was very nice. Putting the futon together was not difficult at all (husband did it with just a little help from me).
We are very satisfied with this sofa/futon. The color is a soft gray, the material feels luxurious, but the seating area is very firm. Havent had company yet, but we will be putting a mattress topper on it before anyone tries to sleep on it. The extra legs (hidden by the zippers in the back of the futon) that fold down before anyone sleeps on it was a nice touch. Makes the bed very stable.
We are glad we finally settled on this particular futon. We searched and researched and searched for several weeks more before deciding to go for it. So glad we did.
