Purchased two chairs and one of them had two left side parts. Customer service said they had no replacements available and would I like a 10 discount? What? no. I reordered another chair and sent the other one back. Went directly through the seller, not . End story, have two chairs. They are not full size Adirondacks. If you are a really large person, these might not work for you.
