    Customer service seems nonexistent

    I bought this lift recliner to sleep in after an auto/immune disease (GBS) put me in a wheelchair in October 2019. It served its purpose until now. My only issue had been that it doesnt raise my feet high enough. However, the controller no longer works and no one from Furniture is answering calls. After 15 minutes on hold, they send you to voicemail. You leave a detailed message and no one ever calls you back. So much for their warranty! I see that this chair is currently unavailable. A search for the serial number of the controller yields nothing, and their website was useless. I guess I am just supposed to sleep in my wheelchair.
