I needed to buy a lifting recliner for my husband who has mobility issues. I didnt want to spend a bunch of time shopping at furniture stores, so read a bunch of reviews on and chose this one. Top 3 pros / 1) price, 2) ease of assembly 3) good looking chair; Top 3 cons / 1) height of foot rest take this seriously, several reviews note this, I feel like My feet are still hanging down when I put it up all the way, 2) overall comfortI dont find this a plush, super comfy seat. Its pretty firm, 3) cant think of a thirdway more pros than cons. This is a sturdy, well made piece of furniture, and the style is very nice. Not a recliner person myself, but this looks really nice. I bought the black because I wanted the contrast stitching and it looks really sharp. I originally has assembly service but looked at a couple videos on YouTube all the brands are quite similar in assembly. Took me way longer to get it out of the packaging than assembled. Less than 30 minutes total and pieces are not difficult to work with. Instructions that come with it are very clear. delivery was fast. Very happy with this purchase.
