I bought this chair on Jan. 2020. It took 2 weeks to receive 2 separate shipments. Initially, I was pleased with the chair, even tho. the heating and massage functions were not properly working. 6 months later the chair swivel mechanism broke down and fell apart so the chair became useless. It was impossible to sit on it!
Since my 1st contact with the company in August 2020, and as of today 2/19/2021, I have contacted twice and the company over 14 times by phone and email. The company has promised for the last 7 months, to replace the part but have failed to do so. In todays last email, they offered to reimburse me 15 Yes, FIFTEEN DOLLARS.for a 300 chair that Id only used for 6 months
03/03/21Today, Ive finally received the chair seat cushion Ive been waiting for, for over 6 months I am upgrading my rating from 1 to 3 stars for I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because based on the pandemic issue they had such a lengthy delay.
03/13/21 UPDATE The company gave me a back seat cushion a 10 store value as a gift for my troubles
