Purchased this chair and it came very well packaged in two large boxes. The chair was easy to assemble. The chair padding is a little on the firm side in my opinion. The heat and massage features are kind of fun. The massage feature is more or less just series of soft vibrations. I was suprised with the level of detailed control in the remote control for the massage and heat feature including a timer, various massage styles, and you can pin point the massage areas.
