The recliner arrived 14 days after I ordered it, but I can probable attribute that to it being the holidays and a world/wide pandemic. It arrived in two separate well packed boxes. I opened it and was able to put the recliner together in about 10 minuets. I had read a review earlier that recommended lubricating the sliding brackets before you assemble, I did that, and everything slid right into place. Connecting the heater and back massage was very easy as well. I sat in it, turned on the massager/heater, reclined it and fell asleep for about two hours. I love this chair. It was worth the wait.
The only thing I dont like is the process for reclining, but Im sure Ill get used to it. Its soft, nice looking and seems to be pretty sturdy. I would recommend this chair. Im considering getting a second one for my bedroom.
