Didnt show up exactly during the time given but wasnt slow in my opinion during covid/19 either. Packaging and chair showed up undamaged which is always good. Easily put it together by myself and all functions work great. Im 511 and unreclined my feet hang off about 6 if that helps anyone who is bigger thinking about buying this chair. But my entire experience was very good.

I have to unplug the chair now or it will just continue to vibrate. Hand pendant will not turn off the chair.
