We bought this chair for personal use to replace a large and uncomfortable couch in our living room.
The massage and heat functions are perfect and just what you want after a long day. Very comfortable when reclined.
The shipping process is a little messed up. It comes in 2 boxes which I understand being a larger item but we received the boxes separately, about a week apart since they were shipped separately rather than having both pieces shipped together so that they were received together.
