Dislike: FEDEX delivery. Received email from on 11/2 that chair would arrive between 11/3 and 11/9. No notice from anyone that chair would arrive on 11/5 or that it was delivered on 11/5. Given no access to FEDEX delivery progress. Delivered on 11/5 around noon at the street, at my front gate, not visible from the house. Its been raining since 3 AM. Cardboard boxes left in the rain at my gate. No phone call, no email. I discovered the boxes by chance, when I took the dog out toward the front. Stupid.
